I began taking curcumin for my knee pain about two weeks ago and am already feeling an improvement. I am 29 and switched from NSAIDs to dietary supplements. While NSAIDs helped, I’ve felt even better since starting curcumin and boswellia together. I ordered a second jar as I've noticed significant relief in such a short time.

I have experienced reduced pain in my rheumatoid arthritis with this product. It's essential to take it with piperine for immediate effects; otherwise, the impact is weak. I recommend this product, but limit to two capsules daily. I did increase to three for a cold but regretted it as I suffered from diarrhoea.
